I’m a certified coach

I’ve received coaching and it’s transformed my life, giving me the confidence to dream big and create the life that I want to live. Since starting coaching in 2020, I’ve found that I love helping others go on that journey.

Being a great coach takes continued effort, education and practice. In 2021, I completed my ICF Accredited Diploma in coaching with Animas, a respected training centre focused on transformational coaching. In 2023, I completed Positive Intelligence Training with PQ and I’m currently taking the Advanced Level 1 Coaching Program with Aletheia.

I’ve worked in product for 10+ years

And I’m passionate about working creatively and collaboratively to solve real problems for people.

I was Product Director at Monzo from 2019 to 2021, managing a five-person team of product managers, and leading the strategy, vision and direction for 50 people. I’ve also worked in product and data science at Intercom in Dublin and London, and Hootsuite in Vancouver. 

Currently, I’m a Product Advisor at the Financial Times and Connect Ventures. Before that, I worked as Head of Product at Beam in 2021, building innovative, intuitive products that are central to its mission of helping homeless people get back into independent work.

I love an adventure

I’ve lived in Canada, Ireland and the UK, and spent many nights sleeping in my tent or beloved camper van. Right now, I live in the Peak District with my partner, Pete, and climbing is a big part of my life. We’re minutes away from amazing spots to climb and I'm always planning the next adventure.

Some things that make me happy: sunny days, morning coffees, time with people I love, being outside and getting to play in the mountains.
