I know the reality of building something ambitious because I’ve lived it. I built my career in fast-growth product roles at Monzo and Intercom, stepping into executive leadership at critical moments. I’ve had to make bold strategic bets to hit fundraising goals, build trust with teams through uncertainty, and define my own leadership style under pressure.
Now, I coach founders and executives in companies backed by top VC firms, including Octopus Ventures, Atomico, Firstminute Capital, Connect Ventures, Index Ventures, and Accel. I help my clients navigate high-stakes decisions, scaling challenges, and the pressure to deliver breakthrough success while staying true to who they are.
I’m an ICF-accredited coach with advanced training in leadership development. I hold a Mathematics degree from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
