Who is it for?

 

It’s not about the industry or stage of growth. For me, it’s all about the people. I love working with founders and CEOs that I have a good connection with, where I feel that we can quickly build trust between us.

Having an advisor 1–2 days a week isn’t a replacement for a full-time product leader, and it’s not the right fit for everyone. But if you’re an earlier-stage startup with a fairly junior team, new product leader, or product leader who’s spread thin, we could be a great match.

  • Giving advice and challenges to a leadership team around product decisions. I’m comfortable questioning decisions, and do this thoughtfully and respectfully.

  • Working with others to create a clear, actionable product strategy that everyone understands. I make strategy feel simple once it’s created.

  • Establishing effective rituals and ways of working that allow teams to ship high quality product, fast. I know what works, and how and when to introduce new rituals.

  • Inspiring and focusing product teams towards ambitious goals. I create a culture of ownership and ambition within product teams.

  • Supporting individual PMs and product leaders with career development, actionable feedback, and working sessions. I build strong relationships and help people make step changes in their career.
